Welcome to Neurodiversity UK (NDUK). We are a not-for-profit charity that provides support for people with neurodevelopmental conditions. We offer a range of services to help improve the lives of those with these conditions, including health support for families, educational support, and recreational activities.
We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and qualified clinical psychologist to join our diagnostic team. If you are passionate about working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality psychological assessments, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities:
· Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose neurodevelopmental conditions such as ASD.
· Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive diagnostic report.
· Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions whenever necessary, such as CBT.
· Stay up to date with the latest diagnostic criteria and best practices in the field.
· Work with both children and adults in assessing a variety of developmental disorders.
· Participate in team discussions and contribute to case reviews.
· Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in line with company guidelines.
Requirements:
· Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
· HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration.
· Experience working with children, young people, and families.
· Skills in psychological assessments, interventions, and risk management
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
· Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of care.
· Compassionate, patient and dedicated to providing excellent client care

The successful candidate will be engaged on a sub-contractor/freelance basis, and any engagement offer will not constitute an ‘offer of employment’.
The role of Clinical Psychologist may require some evenings and weekend appointments, and all assessments will be conducted at our offices in Comber.
