About School Pathways

Post-primary can be a difficult transition for any child. A lot of neurodiverse children who may not be diagnosed yet are often labelled as “disruptive” “unwilling to comply with rules” and “lazy” when in fact these students need either stimulatory behaviour or regulatory behaviours that may appear disruptive to the class. Where these 11-16-year-olds are either expelled or deregistered for their behaviour, we can step in to teach, core skills i.e. English and Mathematics, behaviour and emotional regulation, life skills, and BSL finger spelling. So that these children can progress into young adulthood ready to take on the next challenge
