Mental Health Fitness is a 45-minute exercise session which targets the release of feel-good chemicals in your brain. These feel-good chemicals can help balance your mind when faced with stressors, such as depression and anxiety.


Not only is this activity a well-rounded workout, but it also offers a positive group experience that can boost self-confidence in social settings.
